The GTNF 2025 Brussels delegate badge entitles you to:
- Entrance to all GTNF plenary sessions and speaker presentations, with access to bonus content, enhanced networking and speaker/panel replay materials.
- Networking breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, Oct. 7 and 8, 2025.
- Lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Oct. 6, 7, and 8.
- Welcome reception on Monday evening, Oct. 6.
- Networking reception and dinner on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 7.
- Closing networking reception on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

Refund Policy
GTNF 2025 Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds for nonattendance at GTNF 2025. However, you are welcome to substitute a colleague to attend in your place. Please email Elise Rasmussen at elise@gtnf.org so that we can get the access information updated.
If you cannot attend on any day or partial day of the registered event(s), we are unable to offer a refund.
GTNF management reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at any time at its sole discretion without liability to the registrant or any other party.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the GTNF 2025 refund policy.
