Tobacco Harm Reduction 101

Lindsey Stroud is a senior fellow at the Taxpayers Protection Alliance, where she researches tobacco and vaping policy, including authoring an annual 50-state analysis examining Centers for Disease Control and Prevention survey data on adult and youth tobacco and vapor product use.

In addition, Stroud is a visiting fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum, a board member of the American Vapor Manufacturers trade association, and the creator of Tobacco Harm Reduction 101. Stroud has been researching tobacco and vaping policy since 2016, when she worked at the Heartland Institute, and has authored several books and numerous op-eds. She has also hosted podcast series and testified in front of local, state, and federal lawmakers and agencies.
