Yu Kang is the founding director of the Hangsen International Group’s research institute, which is dedicated to providing high-quality and high-stakes research to support product innovation and development. She started her career at CNTC in tobacco research and has been advocating for innovations in nicotine products and harm reduction for more than 10 years. She stepped into the new tobacco product industry in 2019 and has been actively involved in promoting safer alternatives since. In recent years, she has helped the company set up the product compliance and safety framework, complete a series of innovation projects, and publish the scientific data.
