Juan Facundo Teme is an Activist, Staff Writer at El Insubordinado and one of the most prominent Argentine voices in the field of tobacco harm reduction and vaping regulation. Born in Córdoba, he is co-founder of THR – Ethics and Sustainability — formerly Circular Vape Recycle —, an initiative focused on sustainability and recycling of vaping devices. He currently serves as General Coordinator of RARDT (Argentine Network for Tobacco Harm Reduction), where he promotes evidence-based regulation aimed at protecting adult consumers and promoting less harmful alternatives to traditional cigarettes.
