Tracy Berry
Vice President, Tax Compliance
Laudisi Enterprises

Tracy Berry is Vice President, Tax and Compliance at Laudisi Enterprises, Inc., where she recently marked her 14th anniversary. When she joined, her remit was sales and excise tax filings in a single state, South Carolina. Today she oversees roughly 70 reports each month, spanning sales and excise tax across all 50 states, corporate and employment tax monitoring, and reporting to the FDA, TTB, USDA, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as well as new-product registration and sales reporting under the EU Tobacco Products Directive.

Her responsibilities sit at the intersection of tax, trade, and regulatory compliance: managing product and ingredient listings and Substantially Equivalent filings, clearing shipments and administering tariffs, and ensuring all of Laudisi's products meet the requirements of every destination market.
