Beth Oliva is a partner at Fox Rothschild. She represents manufacturers, distributors, retailers and trade associations in regulatory, legislative and litigation matters.
She handles a wide range of regulatory issues before federal and state agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, state tax departments and state attorneys general. She frequently counsels tobacco industry clients regarding all aspects of FDA compliance and premarket review requirements. She has assisted clients from product development through submission for pre-market review and requirements post marketing orders. She also counsels clients on manufacturing practices and marketing strategies.
Beth also has extensive experience with state and federal government affairs. She has testified in front of many state legislatures and negotiated countless bills across the country keeping client needs and priorities top of mind. Beth serves on the Board of Directors of the Nicotine Resource Consortium, the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI), and is a founding member of the Organization of Women in Tobacco (OWNiT).  She also serves as the 2025 GTNF Content Chairperson.
