Ryan Selby is a life-long entrepreneur and an experienced executive who has incubated and sold multiple companies in the tobacco and nicotine space, with cumulative exits exceeding USD400 million in total value. Notably, he was the co-founder and CEO of Poda Holdings Inc., where he led the development of the company’s innovative products and the sale of the company’s assets to Altria for total proceeds of USD100.5 million.

A multi-patented inventor, Selby brings an expertise gained from over 17 years of executive leadership at numerous companies, both public and private. He is an expert in the design, development, patenting, commercialization, and divestiture of innovative products and solutions.

In the "ideal" nicotine and tobacco products market, all adult consumers would understand the relative risk of tobacco products, have access to a portfolio of regulated smoke-free products, and be provided with cessation counseling and support. And youth access and usage would be minimal to non-existent.
